Putting That DS Screen Protector to Good Use

Published by at 2:12 pm under DS Lite,Games,News

Remember the old Track n’ Field arcade game? You could always see the right/left buttons were really worn out for repeated pounding. When the game reached the Atari 2600, the poor Atari joystick got beat up by everyone who played the game. Well, now Konami is releasing an olympics game for the Nintendo DS that looks like it’s going to put your DS through an endurance test!

Yep, get those screen protectors, because you’re probably going to go through a couple of them. Famitsu.com has a flash site showcasing this title. I would suggest going there to get a better idea of the actual stylus action required for this game. But overall the game looks simple enough that you wouldn’t need to understand Japanese to play, and it looks diverse enough to provide some fun entertainment. Plus! It’s got games with familiar game characters like Simon Belmont from Castlevania! It was released on July 24, 2008.

I heard about popular Konami characters starring in it…but Simon Belmont? I didn’t hear ’bout that! Looks like I’ll have to give this game a shot…
