Official Hatsune Miku Car Decals

I think this is the next hot car product following spinning rims! Official artwork decals on cars all over the world! ^_^ Akiba.kakaku.com recently posted an article about official car decals from the Good Smile Company, which is the company which makes the Hatsune Miku figure. They are actually from the company’s new brand called Good Smile Racing, which makes various car related products. Here’s a link to the company’s official site: http://www.goodsmile.info/top/jpn/ The decals come in different sizes for different purposes (1/24 scale, 1/10 scale, and a 1/1 scale (based on a real car)). The 1/24 and 1/10 size decals are 2000 yen and the ones for a real car are 1300 yen. They are planned for a 12/2008 release. The smaller decals can also be used for other purposes, such as decorating your PC or cell phone, as well as sticking them on your car. I keep calling them decals, but the site actually calls them by different terms. The 1/24 scale set are referred to as decals, the 1/10 scale set are referred to as seals, and the ones for for real cars are referred to as stickers. There are a couple of different templates. The decals will be available for the first time at the “ItaG Festival In Odaiba” on 11/9 and at the “Hobby Forum 2008″ in Yokohama, which will be held on 11/23. The article also mentions that people can actually apply to be a sponsor for the official race car, the “Hatsune Miku Studie GLAD BMW Z4″. Depending on how much you pay, you will receive various gifts. For instance, for a contribution of 10000 yen, you will receive a sponser card, a towel, a team original T shirt, and a team original hat.
